Default Health and Safety Question

Here in Our area, I've just noticed the beginning activity of the beloved European Paper Wasp. Dandy little critters, and I have been in a Personal War with them, and they seem to get more numerous each year. If they were to get to Our Fids, any of them, You would think it wouldn't be good. Would Anyone have knowledge/experience with this? Btw, All I use is a apple cider vinegar and dish soap mix, and that kills them on contact... is this safe around birds ( not ON Them, of course! ) This is precisely why I have been labouring toward the enclosed aviary off the new "Cawspace" Thanks, Lucas
