I KNOW you posted this just to torture me, Gary. Admit it :-).

Beautiful, sweet-looking Maxie always takes my breath away. Such a beauty!

Gorgeous! What mix is she?

She doesn't look as big as a non hybrid Hy. How much does she weigh?

What stunning color. Somebody already asked, but what mix is she? Inquiring minds want to know.

Maxie's previous owner said she is a cross between a hyacinth and buffons. An 80 year old English woman used to care for her so now she talks with an English accent. Maxie has been a pill about me taking her out of her cage for about a month, yet when I open the door she climbs down her cage to the floor and comes looking form me. Once she finds me she will climb up my leg or I can reach down and pick her up, birds are funny sometimes.
