I always get Ruby girl's nuts from Nuts Online. They are so fast and have unsalted things. WELL.... I ordered her 10 pounds of walnuts last week and they arrived. Well, the bags said walnuts but guess what??? They were almonds. Ruby likes almonds too, so I just called to re-order my walnuts. WELL... when they heard they said they were going to send my walnuts right out and I said Great ~ here is my credit card number..... HERE IS THE AMAZING PART.... they wouldn't.. WOULD NOT let me pay! Nope... Not for 10 pounds of walnuts... I told them that it was ok, she really likes almonds too. Nope,,, their mistake. I said it wasn't a mistake....really...she likes almonds! NO. YOU MAY NOT PAY!!! After I got up from my faint I thought I would pass this on. Order from Nuts Online!

I should add that it is $30 worth of walnuts! Go figure! An unselfish company! This is a first for me.

They have a good business theory then. Always make the customer happy and have what they want. Congrats on the extra nuts, sounds like ruby will be quite "nutty" for a while now LOL

They even sent me a shirt last Christmas that says " I got Nuts online"

I use them also. very quick w/the order arrival. They always address to Christal and even sent her a little stuffed elephant one time....she didn't think much of it but I thought it was cute...

How cute is that!!! We did get a little stuffed something once, come to think of it! Dogs stole it from Ruby. Guess that's fair if she gets the nuts! ha! Nice company though. If I ran a company I hope I'd be like that.
