Default Not eating much,Vet app.Monday

On Thursday I noticed her not eating much, then Friday it got worse.
I thought it was because of her beak, she needs her beak dremmeled every few months and I wasnt able to get it done because she was sitting on them eggs.It was a bit longer then usual.Anyways,I got her beak done today by a friend that does it.
And she still is same way.So offf to the Vet Monday.
She will not eat her favorite foods, yesturday and today i tried a cashew, she bit into it and dropped and wanted no part.Another favorite food is cheese,I dont give her it regularly.Well wanted no part of it.
I got a couple small pieces of apple into her,and some oaTMEAL MIXED WITH PEANUT BUTTER AND sweet potatoe, she ate some, but would only eat it if I had it on my finger.
I hope my girl is ok,I hope is nothing serious and can be treated with meds.
She has been active and acting normal, except with the eating.
But now she is sitting on the egg and I wont be able to tell, she wont play or rarely talk when she is egg sitting.
I hope maybe its just to do with her laying another infertile egg lastnight.

Angie I hope her lack of appetite is just because she's in an egg laying cycle. Has she been laying too many eggs in a row? How long do you allow her to sit on an egg?

Have you tried puting her food and water dishes right next to her where she's siting on her egg. I had to do that with my Hen to get her to eat when she had an egg.

sHE LAID 4 eggs from May 27th to June 9th,it was pretty much every 4th day.
She was sitting on them for 5 1/2 weeks and greww tiredd of it.

Do you have a Whole foods store there or a grocery where you can get the herb marshmallow and make some tea? You might want to pick up some slippery elm while you are there. Both are outstanding for digestion.

I order all herbs online.
In what form would I buy these herbs?
For instance capsules etc?

It's great you could go ahead and get her to a vet! Bless your heart! So scary when our birds are sick! Hopefully it's just egg laying. Be sure to let us know what the vet says. Hang in there!
