Rescue or Rehome

What is your classification if a bird is a rehome or rescue?

To me it is just a matter of graduation.

To me, rehoming is taking in a bird who needs a new home for whatever reason.
Rescuing a bird would be taking in a bird who is being mistreated, neglected, or whose life is in danger.

ditto for Phyllis....the endpoint is the same, the beginning just semantics.
