Michelle,

Don't you think you need a Military? Just kidding! I spotted one red-front, but the one on the food dish fooled me seeing all of that red above the beak.

No I don't use baby wipes, but they are now on my shopping list. Thanks for continuing to add helpful comments.

I would love to have a Military, they just don't seem to be that common around here.

Get the unscented baby wipes.

Michelle,

Thanks for telling me about the unscented baby wipes. I would hope I would have checked before buying, but I didn't know that they made unscented ones. Now I will go in being prepared and buy the proper wipes. Wow! I can tell my kids are older as I never remember having a choice in baby wipes.

Michelle,

How do you handle the bottom of the cage newspaper mess? Do you use trash bags, put them to compost, use a trash can? It seems that I always have trash that needs to be removed. I try to recycle my paper towels so I bag them up and take them to recycle. I guess I need ideas on how to contain the mess. I'll sweep and 1 hour later I'll need to sweep again even though all but 3 cages have cage skirts. My guys can toss nut shells clear across the room. Any little suggestions on clean up, mess containment, little suggestions on how to do any little or big thing would continue to help me.

I appreciate all of your suggestions. In using the paper on top of the grate mine do chew the papers, but so far it has kept them busy and I try to change out the messy parts so they are not chewing that.

LOL ~ That is what we do

I gather all my papers in a garbage bag and then they all get burned. I used to send them at trash pick up, but that was a lot of cans to drag to the road.

I'm going to have to think on the rest a bit, because things seem to come better to me when I'm not thinking about them.
