Okay... ask away! What did You want to know? She is TREMENDOUS to Us all !
I drive semi, not type, sooo... Please bear with Me.
I will attempt to include (attach?) a photo of Mystic on Her one and ONLY over -the -road trip at an IdleAir facility. On what I am now referring to as "Black Munday"... it's difficult to see thru' the tears... My Company "recinded" it's RIDER and PETS Allowed Policy!!! NO MORE MOTHER, MY Companion... NO MORE PETS! They simply do not comprehend this valuable connection, link, to HOME. What does Anyone on the board think, am I just being a Big Baby? It's otherwise been satisfying, and lucrative, and I am grateful to have a job...

The picture of Mystic is the window is beautiful!!! As far as the no rider goes have you asked if they have a waiver form you can fill out to allow passengers? I rode over the road for 3 yrs, the company allowed it because I signed a waiver saying I would not hold them responsible in any way if something happened to me. Now with the company we have our trucks insured with doesn't allow riders with a waiver at all, but we do make exceptions as long as the driver and rider sign a waiver. Maybe you guys should come east, I'll put you in a truck where you can be home most every night to play with those beautiful feathered babies, oh and Christy too

Michelle, Thank You! While I haven't trekked out to obtain moving boxes, We HAVE been pondering a move! OH, One begins to wonder... EXACTLY how do people accomplish this, in stages? Wife,Mother, Caregiver and Fids first? To be followed by Dad and all the "stuff"?

What a beautiful bird to take on a trip with you. It looks like she is really enjoying herself on the trip. I wish she could make every trip that you make, sure would make the days go by faster. We have a couple here that really enjoy rides in the car or truck.

Gary

Thank You, Gary... We have viewed Your beautiful Birds and scenery on several occasions. Mystic was immediately and completely at ease while in the truck. She rode there for hours on end, and LOVED being fed cherry tomatoes, grapes, and having "sippy's"

Hi Lucas,

I just joined the day before you...it seems like a great group here!

Mystic is just beautiful & I love the name! Don't you just adore Scarlets? Incendio my Scarlet is so amazing & he's got to be the most empathetic & intuitive parrot I've ever encountered...he always knows how I'm feeling & just what kind of mood I'm in & he always knows just how to cheer me up & make me laugh if I've had a rough day...they're awesome birds.

It looks like Mystic really enjoys hittin' the road with you...he looks very happy & content up on that window perch.

~ Rae
